Frazzled?
I wanted to share a card I made for a friend that is a little overwhelmed right now.
I used the sketch on page 146 of the Go to Sketches issue by Paper Crafts. The stamps are Unity. I used an embossing folder by Cuttlebug on the gray cardstock. I cute the gray with a Spellbinders die.

Embrace Each Moment
Happy Friday! I am so excited to be participating in the FWF blog hop. I have been MIA for a while and I am finally getting my Mojo back. Yay!
Speaking of Mojo I used this week's Mojo sketch to make my card. I also received my very first Ippity set this week Just Wanted to Say. I used the frame from the Ippity kit. The sentiment is from the Bevy of Butterflies kit by Unity. The patterned paper is from the My Mind's Eye Home collection. Love those sparkly papers!

thinking of you card
I made this card using the Mojo 124 sketch.

I intended to use this sketch when it was originally posted on the Mojo Monday blog but I didn't get around to it. Actually I have a tendency to print out sketches and not use them right away. Oh well I still liked how this one turned out. I am also entering it to the Moxie Fab challenge.
The stamps are by Unity. The butterfly punch is Martha Stewart. Pearls are by Reflections (I believe they are the Michael's brand). Papers are by Making Memories.

In honor of Valentine's day I am posting a love card. I used Sketch 51 from Card Patterns. Super fun sketch! The stamp is Love & Meaning by Unity Stamp Co. The border punch is the Martha Stewart Lace Heart Edger Punch. I used the negative pieces for the little hearts.

Sketchfest Tuesday - Happy Birthday Wishes
So it's day three of Sketchfest on Caarvarks. Wonderful sketches so far this week. I have been able to finish the cards quickly. That's very helpful since I have to work all day so I only have a short time to play in my scrap room. I decided to turn the sketch today because the ideas were just not flowing for the vertical sketch.
Here is today's sketch:

And here's my take on the sketch:

The happy sentiment is from the Flirty Flower set by Unity. The Birthday wishes sentiment is from the Love in the air set by Unity.

Sketchfest Sunday - You Simply Shine
Today is the first day of a week long sketchfest on Caarkvarks. Check out the details here on their blog: http://caardvarks.blogspot.com/
I didn't have a lot of time to come up with card today since today is my Dad's birthday and I spent the day at my parents. I came up with this card in about an hour! :) I did look at the sketch before I left today so the ideas were running around in my head. :)

Mojo 104 - Hoppy Birthday
I made a card today for this week's Mojo Monday challenge. I used some images that were given to my from someone in my RAK group. I believe the stamps are from Stampin Up though. I honestly started this card to be a boy card but it ended up girl card. :) I used glossy accents on the eyes. The paper is from DCWV. Flowers are from Prima. I colored the pearls in the center of the flowers pink.

Caardvarks Challenge
The current challenge over on the Caardvarks Blog is to make a card using one of three sketches. I love all three sketches so I made a card for each.
First up is this sketch:

And my take on the sketch:

Uh lots of glitter on this one! :) Papers are DCWV. Stamp is Unity from the July Kit of the Month.
Second sketch:

And my take on the sketch:

I really like how this one turned out. The card size is bigger though (5 x 6 1/2). Patterned paper and 123 border strip are by Making Memories. Stamps are by Unity from the August Kit of the Month. Scallop border punch by Fiskars.
And the third sketch:

And my take on the sketch:

This one is my favorite. I used glossy accents on the glass cover. The cupcake stamp is from the August Kit of the Month by Unity. The sentiment is also by Unity (not sure what kit it's from.) Ribbon is American Crafts. Border punch is Fiskars.
